Durga Puja

The prince in Ayodhya, Rama, was banished to the forest by his father. Ravana, the king of Lanka, abducted his wife Sita in the absence of Rama and his brother Lakshmana and a fierce battle ensued between Rama and Ravana. Rama became helpless when Ravana could not be defeted and hence decided to seek the blessings of Goddess Durga, Lord Shiva's wife, in order to defeat Ravana who is devout follower of Shiva. Rama started worshiping of Durga which transformed to the form of Durga puja. The actual time of Durga Puja is in spring which is called Basanti puja but as Rama was in hurry so he started the Puja in the middle of autumn which is called Akal Bodhon (untimely worship). This puja is the biggest festival in West Bengal, India. In the other part of India, it is also named as Dashera or Navaratri. This is the story behind the Durga puja.

As an entrepreneur, you need to identify where you will do things in similar manner as your competitors, where you will do things differently, what will be your real strengths and real weaknesses, where will you create your niche. Focus your plan on being different than your competitors and compete with existing players less directly. Find a particular market niche to focus on. Think over the points, can you find a unique strategy? Can you position your products differently? Can you use different sales or marketing vehicles? Your business plan should be able to answer these questions. Tips on Creating Business PlansPeopleIn seeking fund from banks, venture capitalists or other outside investors, you will increase your chances of success if you get someone committed to your management team who at least has a recognizable name. Alternately, you can include as exhibits to your plan any positive media clippings you can find, such as items from trade publications, about members of your management team. If you don\'t have any clippings, try contacting relevant publications to get media coverage-perhaps about your start-up business proposal. Keep Your Business Plan Factual and SuccinctTry to keep the plan factual, don\'t use generalisations to describe the potential of your business. Don\'t put too much detail when creating plans. If a business plan is too long, the focus on what is really important might be lost. Involve EveryoneUse expert opinion or key employees to create a business plan. Then work with them until you are satisfied. Have key people get together to get the plan in a synchronised fashion. The more input people have in creating the plan, the more responsibility they will feel towards it.

Embedded systems are similar to memory chips with applications pre-loaded onto them. Once programmed, the software cannot be changed and this is what makes it different from Personal Computer. There is a lack of technical talent is this highly evolving and developing area.
Eligibility:A candidate with a BE, diploma in electronics, MCAs, BCAs and B.Sc (Physics) are ideally suited for a career in embedded technology. While certifications and degrees are available in foreign universities, there are very few high-end training providers offering courses focused on embedded software in India.
Diploma in Embedded Systems Design
Realizing the growth of embedded systems in day-to-day life and the need for trained manpower in this promising area, C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) has launched a Diploma in Embedded Systems Design (DESD). Established in March 1988, C-DAC is a Scientific Society of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. DESD is a five-month full-time course consisting of six modules, an industry relevant project and a seminar. Daily sessions comprise two hours of lecture followed by four hours of lab work.
Candidates with engineering degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or M.Sc Electronics / Instrumentation with first class in the final degree are eligible.
